Halloween: DIY Baby Pagliacci Costume

It was such a treat making this costume for my little munchkin. This costume was done in 2 days but I  probably could have finished in one full day if I didn't have to take care of my children and work at the same time but It was all worth it! :-)

Supplies: Fabric and for the collar, elastic, black yarn for pom pom, lining for the inside of the hat and black ribbon to keep it in place.
Cut front and back and 2 pieces for sleeves. Pants: cut 4 pieces
Making the collar is very easy. Kind of like making a tutu. I'm attaching some photos for you to see. You can also zoom in.
